Bruce Powell
Founder & CEO

With a background in economics, Bruce Powell has always enjoyed solving problems. For 20 years he’s been doing just that with business leaders in across America and within the Caribbean. “I love figuring out how the combination of people, institutions, and innovation develops national agendas and economies,” says Bruce, “and I get to solve that puzzle every day across different industries, which gives me a great sense of purpose.” His work with the private sector centers around strategy development and implementation, organizational transformation, accounting, internal controls and post-merger integration.
For Bruce, consulting with Sage Concepts Consulting Company is all about making an impact. “Working with clients and colleagues who believe we can change nations together is the best motivation. Bruce champions his philosophy throughout the firm, that is “to be uncompromising in our approach to helping clients consistently make better decisions, deliver improved business performance and create greater value.” And this shines through the results produced for clients, always.
He’s also an optimist at heart. “I can’t wait to see where human ingenuity takes us next—and what the world looks like when my daughter grows up.”
Bruce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
Kimesha Williams

Kimesha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of the West Indies with honors and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
Wilmot Huggart
Director Strategy Growth and Organization Transformation.
Wilmot is a seasoned expert and Accountant with more than 12 years experience in the Hospitality, Finance and Retail Industry. He has extensive experience in leading complex programs focused on top line growth and sustainable cost realignment involving such topics as product development/R&D optimization, third-party spend reduction, G&A cost optimization, general labor productivity, technology strategy and digital transformation.
Insatiably curious, Wilmot asks "why" and searches for the "purpose" to locate and surface the root causes of problems, what forms them, and how to solve them. His ability to empower others and mediate discussions between diverse groups of people helps teams approach problems with new and differing perspectives when tackling the underlying issues businesses face, developing insights, and inevitably creating equitable solutions.
Wilmot is the holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix.
